These pins are made by the Pop Culture Pin Trading Company. These are cloisonne pins, and have a good impressive heft to them.
Each one is serially numbered on the back. All but the Chicago exclusive are "pin on pin" designs, which means it is actually two pins on top of each other giving them a nice 3-D look.
